Jiu-Jitsu classes for Kids (7-12) Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:35-8:35pm. Classes for Adults/Teens (13-Up) Mon 7:50-8:50pm and Wed 7:35-8:35pm.

These are NO gi (uniform) classes. Designed for street/self-defense.
Jiu-jitsu is a great art for smaller framed man/woman. I welcome all sizes and background. This art will teach you how to use your body and how to use an attackers strength and size against them. It is a thinking style.
Jiu-Jitsu is primarily taught from the ground, but that is just part of it . At some time you may wind up on the ground, making Jiu Jitsu a good starting point for your Martial Arts training, but you need to learn what it can do for you standing up too. You'll learn how to take someone down safely, as well as how to fall safely, but also how to control with the standup fighting art of it too. Once on the ground, you'll learn how to properly move to improve your position, and you'll be taught techniques to control your opponent standing up also.
