Jiu Jitsu classes are Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00pm-8:30pm.
The Jiu Jitsu class is primarily taught from the ground. Approximately 90% of confrontations wind up on the ground at some point, making Jiu Jitsu a good starting point for your Martial Arts training. You'll learn how to take someone down safely, as well as how to fall safely. Once on the ground, you'll learn how to properly move to improve your position, and you'll be taught techniques to control your opponent.
