This is a 30 minute conditioning class which trains your body in how to recover from strenuous activity quickly. It's a great fitness class for Athletes, First Responders, Police, and You.
If you want to enhance or just change up your training and conditioning, plus be a little easier on your joints, the new fitness class is designed for you!
Thank you so much for the Flip It and Hit It class over the last three months. It was so much fun! I wanted to let you know the final results.
I started the class January 2nd and the last class was April 4th.
I lost 6 lbs and more importantly lost almost 8 inches from my arms, waist, hips, thighs, and calves.
I know I am stronger as well. Thanks again and I would encourage everyone to try it.
